after I dont know what have I tried, with latest 300 version of patcher that someone from CCP posted a few posts ago, I managed to end up patch-cancelled with this in win-patch-log file
Hmm, forum editor doesnt allow me to post html???
this is only a copy pasted notepad text from the log of failed patcher??? |

I finaly did it.
everything updated well.
my first error was to run repair and then when it asked for self updating, I updated it. DONT update it.
Also, disable NOD/ESET protocol filtering as suggested by OP.
Then I ran the eve.exe in folder (NOT SHORTCUT from desktop, it failed that way, dont know why???)
Then launcher started and repped everything,
and I ran the game.
Guys in CCP, you should get better in this, after all, it's ten years old.... |

After eset nod 32 protocol filtering in advanced setup was disabled, repair started to work...lets see till it finishes.
